In working with people with body pains, injury recovery, muscle/joint imbalances, nerve blockages, etc. over the last 13+ years, I’ve learned that:
1) Rebalancing the body doesn’t work the same for everyone
2) Healing the body is my passion

I’ve learned that many of the practices we enjoy like Running, Dance, Martial Arts, Office work, Outdoor labor, Yoga, etc. all have their benefits and negative effects on the structures of the body.
